Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

We process orders within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 4–10 business days within the U.S., depending on your location and the product.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Not yet. We currently offer tracked standard shipping. Expedited options are coming soon.

Where are your products shipped from?

We partner with vetted U.S. and international fulfillment providers. Your order may ship from a U.S. warehouse or an overseas facility depending on stock and destination. The tracking page will show the latest scans.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your item ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier picks up the package.

Changes & Cancellations

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders move quickly through our system. If you need to cancel, update an item, or change the address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order at support@eliosunhome.com. After fulfillment has started, we’re unable to modify the order.

Returns & Issues

What if I received a damaged, defective, or wrong item?

Please email us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll replace or refund according to our store policy.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. If there’s a valid issue (damaged/defective, incorrect item, or not as described), we’ll resolve it quickly. See our full Refund Policy for details.

Products & Payments

Are colors/sizes accurate?

We aim for accuracy in all product photos and specs. Minor variations can occur due to lighting and screen settings. Please check the measurements in the description before ordering.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit/credit cards via secure checkout. All transactions are encrypted.

How does Eliosun support charity?

We donate 5% of every order subtotal (before taxes and shipping) to our nonprofit partner.

Which charity do you support?

Do I pay extra for the donation?

No. Prices shown on our website already include our 5% give-back commitment.

How can I verify the donations are real?

Donations are processed via Pledge, a trusted giving platform. We receive official donation receipts and publish monthly updates on our Impact Page. You’ll also see an Impact Counter showing our cumulative giving.

When are donations paid?

On a monthly basis. We post periodic summaries and receipts for full transparency.
